Katherine Beneby II (KBII) founded KBII Communication in 2012. During our founding year, the company launched two (2) major projects namely, “Sudden Onset” Short Film and the 3 P’s Motivational Campaign in partnership with the Ministry of Youth, Sports & Culture and the Ministry of Labour & Social Development.

Since then, KBII Communication has continued to grow and develop managing various projects and events, facilitating personal and professional development and providing Marketing/PR consultation. In February 2018, KBII Communication was officially registered as a business in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.

The founder has a Bachelors degree in Mass Communications with emphasis in Multimedia Journalism and a minor in Leadership Studies. She has been working in communications for over 8 years and training for over 5 years.

Katherine is a certified Speaker, Trainer and Coach with the John Maxwell Team. She is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to effectively lead individuals, groups and teams to transformational change. Katherine also holds the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation from The Project Management Institute which establishes her project management credibility and knowledge.

Katherine has had articles published by the Nassau Guardian including, “Leadership is more than talk”, “Embracing an Intentional Life” and “Are you goal or growth conscious?” In addition, Katherine is a former Vice President of the Rotaract Club of Nassau Sunset and currently serves as the Public Relations Director at Church of God of Prophecy East Street Tabernacle.

In 2019 she was honored as an influential and successful professional by the Professional Services Bahamas 40 under 40 awards. Further in 2021, she was recognized as a Top Millennial by Project Y Bahamas.

Katherine is a Certified Youth Leader with Distinction in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas. Her motto is, “Living my legacy now” and every day she wakes up with an unwavering zeal to embrace and positively impact her world!
